3. Vendors & logistics
We contact every vendor — photographer, venue, DJ, and beyond — confirming arrival times, scope, and logistics, and absorbing any last-minute changes.
4. Flawless execution
On the day(s), our team is on-site running the timeline, managing the flow, and quietly handling anything unexpected.

Our team knows Sydney’s wedding venues well — from grand ballrooms to intimate gardens — so nothing catches us off guard.
We recommend booking coordination 6–8 months ahead to secure your date. Our hands-on work begins 4–6 weeks before your first event, when we take over your plans, your suppliers and your timelines completely.
